Account Security

Tips for Keeping Your 1918kiss Account Secure

Your account security is a shared responsibility. While 1918kiss equips the platform with the latest protection systems, there are several simple practices you can follow to ensure your account stays safe from unauthorized access.

Use a Strong Password

Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using birthdates or phone numbers as passwords. Change your password at least every three months.

Don't Share Login Credentials

1918kiss will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not share your login credentials with anyone – including friends and family.

Avoid Unsecured Public Wi-Fi

Login using your private network or mobile data. If you must use public Wi-Fi, make sure you use a trusted VPN for an extra layer of protection.

Always Log Out on Shared Devices

If you log in using someone else's computer or phone, make sure you log out completely when done. Don't leave your session active on an insecure device.

Important Information

What You Need to Know About Login

Many new users often wonder about how to log in correctly and what to do if they encounter issues. Here are some key things you need to know:

Your 1918kiss account uses your registered phone number as your primary username. This means you don't need to remember complicated usernames – just your phone number and chosen password. Make sure your registered phone number is still active as it's also used for OTP verification during withdrawals.

If you forget your password, don't worry. The account recovery process is simple and can be completed in minutes through your phone number verification. Contact our support team via live chat if you need additional assistance throughout the recovery process.

Remember: Each account can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in from a new device, the previous session will be terminated automatically for your account security.

Warning: Beware of fake websites imitating 1918kiss. Always ensure you're accessing the platform through the correct address. When in doubt, use the official app downloaded from trusted sources.

FAQ

Account Login Questions

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you'll receive an OTP code via SMS. Use that code to reset your new password. The entire process takes less than 3 minutes. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team via live chat available 24/7.

Your account may be locked automatically if there are too many consecutive failed login attempts, or if the system detects suspicious activity. Contact our support team via live chat with your identity verification details. We will process your account unlock once your identity has been securely verified.

No. The 1918kiss system allows one active session per account at a time. If you log in from a second device, the session on the first device will be terminated automatically. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access. You can log back in on any device anytime you wish.

OTP verification from a new device is part of our two-factor security system. When the system detects a login from an unrecognized device or location, an OTP is sent to your registered phone number as an extra layer of protection. This ensures that only you can access the account even if your password is known by others.

It depends on your situation. If you're using a personal device that only you have access to, saving login credentials in your browser's password manager is acceptable. However, never save login credentials on public computers, shared office computers, or any device used by more than one person. We recommend using a trusted password manager for maximum security.

If your registered phone number is no longer active, contact our support team directly via live chat. You'll need to provide additional identity verification information such as full name, date of birth, and bank account number previously used for transactions. Once your identity is verified, we'll help update your phone number in the system.
